What care costs later, in each contract

Patriots Colony

Type B (modified): LifeCare residents get up to 10 temporary days of assisted living or nursing care at no charge over the life of the agreement. On a permanent move to the Health Center they give up their residence and pay a single published Resident Health Care Rate ($4,520 or $5,179 a month in 2025, by fee choice) instead of public rates; the contract lets that rate change.p. 92

Type C (fee for service): Residence and Services residents pay the public rate for any temporary or permanent Health Center stay, with guaranteed priority over non-residents.p. 26

WindsorMeade Williamsburg

Type C (fee for service): Assisted living, memory support and nursing are billed at the market rate when needed, and the monthly fee can rise with the level and duration of care. Residents have priority over Pinnacle Advantage members and non-residents (after Lifecare residents). Health-care daily rates are not published in this disclosure.p. 27
