Type B (modified)

Independent living, direct-admission assisted living and direct-admission memory support agreements each include up to 10 days of nursing-center care per calendar year (non-cumulative; they end after the year of a permanent nursing transfer). Beyond that, nursing, assisted living and memory support are paid at Williamsburg Landing's own rates; residents are offered nursing beds before non-residents.p. 40

Assisted living: On permanent transfer from independent living the IL monthly fee stops and the resident pays the assisted living 'Transfer from IL' monthly fee (2023: $5,265-$10,845 at care level 1, below the $6,195-$11,775 direct-admission fee), plus $665 or $1,495 for care levels 2 or 3
Nursing care: 10 days per calendar year of nursing care (shared-bath room) included; beyond that, and after a permanent transfer, the nursing center per diem (2023 internal-transfer rate $370 shared bath, $415 private)
